IGT WINE PRODUCTION – L’AURORA – PURE MERLOT IN TUSCANY

In the land of the Molino Carpinese on two hills at about 300 meters above sea level facing south, there are two vineyards planted with 4,000 plants of a single type of wine: Merlot.

The production is about 2,000 bottles per year. The grapes are vinified in stainless steel tanks and the wine is then aged in bottle for three years.

The Aurora is a wine with an intense ruby red color with aromas of ripe red fruits. In the mouth is dry with notes of great flavor due to the presence of mineral salts and tannins.

It goes well with red meats, roasts and boiled meats and cheeses.
Its alcohol content is between 14 and 14,5% and the ideal serving temperature is 18° C.
